1872 Edward Muybridge filmed 24 photos of horses running, and made them as moving image.
1888 Louis Prince filmed Roundhay Garden Scene, more earlier than Edison and Lumiere brothers. But he was disappear on a train in 1890.
1891 Thomas Edison had perfected the Kinetoscope
1892 Emile reynaud projected the first animated film on praxinoscope
1895 Lumiere brothers show the film on cinema screen. The Gate of Factory and Train Station.
1897 George Melies, he is the father of motion picture special effects. He built the world’s first film studio, and invented many filming techniques, such as multiple exposures dissolves, hand-painted colors and time-lapse. A Trip to the Moon was his famous work. He made the connection between film and art.
